Engineer/CAD Specialist
Lady Garzón, an Industrial Engineer with a Master's in Advanced Manufacturing Technologies from Swinburne University, leads SMEs towards a future of efficient and collaborative design. With over 16 years of experience in drafting and documentation, she provides strategic guidance in transitioning from CAD to 3D parametric modelling, directly impacting rework reduction and productivity gains. A skilled practitioner of Revit, Advance Steel, and SolidWorks, Lady has transformed design workflows across the AEC and manufacturing industries, developing custom Revit templates and parametric families for the manufacturing, mining, aviation, and architectural industries.

Juan Garzón brings over eight years of building industry experience and a strong foundation with a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Building Design from RMIT University. He expertly manages design, addition, and alteration projects, delivering high-quality documentation and results.
